Once the delivery service achieved the desired speed and quality benchmarks, an aggressive marketing campaign was launched to promote the new in-house delivery app and drive customer engagement. The campaign was designed to raise awareness of the improved delivery service, highlighting the speed and convenience of ordering from Pizza Inn Zambia.
To track the progress of the delivery sales growth, the team implemented a robust monitoring system, measuring performance on a daily basis. Targets were set and closely monitored, with the delivery team incentivized based on their ability to enhance the overall customer experience.
