Rocomamas
Ghana - 2020
Challenge:
• Constructing and fitting out the first Rocomamas during the covid Pandemic
• Launching the first international casual dining concept in Accra
• Creating brand awareness & ensuring the brand communication reaches its target market
How We Did It:
• Project managing the construction and fit out with local teams who were unfamiliar with the brand specifications, and limited time due to intermittent lockdowns required daily detailed supervision and constant liaison with the brand owners
• Prioritising the shipping and clearance of all imported shop-fitting, signage, brand decor and IP stock items to ensure all goods are available in time for the opening despite logistics delays
• Coordinating both local and international training of management and staff
• Appointing and guiding an agency that understood the brand values and communication style of the brand
• Identifying Social media influencers that could assist in amplifying our awareness campaign
• Introducing the brand to the public by hosting special events at the restaurant
