• Introducing a new brand, establishing brand awareness, and orchestrating a rapid, multi-location expansion within a tight timeline.
How We Achieved It:
• Meticulously project-managing various contractors and fit-out teams to ensure adherence to demanding installation schedules.
• Ensuring timely importation of all branded materials and intellectual property items for seamless shop openings.
• Coordinating comprehensive training programs for both management and staff, blending international expertise with local knowledge.
• Implementing a well-structured pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing campaign to maximize impact.
• Continuously engaging with the community by sponsoring and hosting a range of sports events, children’s initiatives, business launches, and office activations.
