In 2006, I created and developed Oceansting for a client in Accra, Ghana, addressing the untapped demand for a branded casual dining experience centered around fish and seafood, which are highly popular in the region. Our goal was to pioneer a proudly local brand that combined authentic Ghanaian flavors with an international service standard. We developed comprehensive IP manuals, shop fit-out designs, layout blueprints, proprietary products, and a menu, all built around locally sourced ingredients and services. The flagship location successfully opened in Accra Mall in 2007, introducing a new culinary experience to the market.
