In 2003, I co-developed Chicken Republic, a brand tailored for the Nigerian market. Our goal was to establish a locally rooted brand, offering meals infused with authentic West African herbs and spices. To ensure scalability in a challenging market, we meticulously crafted IP manuals, shop fit-out and layout blueprints, proprietary products, and menus, leveraging predominantly locally sourced products and services. Today, Chicken Republic thrives with over 150 locations in Nigeria and Ghana.
